Title: Fleet Landing Considers Another Retirement Tower on Riverside Avenue

After DCPS snubbed selling its land to Fleet Landing, Fleet Landing is now gearing plans/proposals for a 32 story tower on Riverside Avenue (111 Riverside Avenue, on the old Haskell Campus) next to the old Times Union property (now residential).

The March DDRB agenda hasn't been posted yet. It should contain better site plan info.
How far in advance of the meetings does the DDRB post agendas?
