I guess the remnants of the former farmlands are the adjacent properties of the (former) Baptist Children's Home, Covenant School, and the Bartram Campus of Bolles, just north of the Hart Expressway at University Boulevard.

^Yes! There's some older dwellings along Pottsburg Drive, just north of the Hart Bridge Expressway as well.

One correction to this article: Love Grove Acres is not also known as Riviera Manor.  They are distinct neighborhoods, though adjacent to one another.  Years ago, before University Blvd. was widened, the Kellow Drive entrance to the neighborhood featured markers identifying the neighborhood as Love Grove Acres.  Similar markers were located at the Bartram Road entrance to the neighborhood, but these read: Love Grove Acres and Riviera Manor.  Riviera Manor is one street, Riviera Manor Drive just south of Love Grove.  I grew up on Kellow Drive in the 60's.  It was a wonderful neighborhood and probably still is. Unfortunately, the entrance markers to the neighborhood were removed many years ago when University Blvd. was widened.
