Title: Anyone know what's going on with Eco Relics? It's both for sale & for lease
Post by: pricestate on January 05, 2026, 06:47:19 AM
Hey guys/girls

Does anyone know what's up with Eco Relics? Are the still in biz? Are they moving? Closing? Downsizing?

Looking at commercial listings this morning and I see it's for sale ($4.5 million) and for lease ($5.52psf).

I see two spaces available...one for 24,000++ s.f. and one for 23,000++ s.f.

What's going on here? Haven't driven by in awhile and was curious if anyone here had the inside scoop....

Still in buisiness, but the business and buildings are for sale.

One of the largest architectural salvage firm in the Southeast is now for sale. And, as owners are ready for retirement, they're willing to make a deal that includes a long-time staff and at least $2 million in inventory.

Eco Relics, established in 2013 by Michael and Annie Murphy, is now listed on BizBuySell for $2 million. Age, health and life planning prompted the listing, Michael told the Business Journal.

"I'm going to be 74, so it's time to hand up my spurs," Murphy said. "Annie is not as old as me, and I don't want to leave her with this big mess."
