This looks so sick. As a young person I would love to see cool places like this succeed, especially downtown.

Are they going to renovate the facade as part of this?  The exterior of that place really clashes with this vibe

Yes, I saw a rendering in one of the articles of the renovated facade. It was very toned down and classy
