Always love more funding, but I remain a little confused by this one.
Sounded like City Council had an appetite to get out of the cash incentive game for a bit with all the bills coming due over the next few years, but also sounds like it's "found" money, for lack of a better term, that we want to use to (possibly, but not necessarily?) have cash incentives in hand to encourage residential at Ford on Bay, or the Landing (which I thought would be subsidized through the DIA's TIF?), or Berkman 2?
Agreed. Very strange. And none of this went through the DIA, which is getting a new CEO soon. Was that the point, to bypass them?
