Land Use and Presence on the Three Other Intersection Lands: Two banks,Real Estate and....current proposal.
As an area resident (Subject to full proposal Review) this is certainly, possibly, a possible plus.
Indications are: Sea Food Restaurant.
Is this the parcel that has the flower market fronting the street / roundabout / dogbone?

This parcel is within RAP's boundaries. Not sure what FP&L is going on about, but the only properties not within RAP's jurisdiction at this intersection are Ray Ware and the veterinary hospital.

He's talking about San Juan and Herschel down the street. That's over a half mile outside of RAP's purview, but I guess that's less clickbaity.
