Everyone likes a ranking survey, especially, good or bad, when their hometown is #1! LOL.
Here is one where Jacksonville is ranked #1 in the U.S.A. for having the worst drivers. Based on how many I see turning or changing lanes without using turn signals, alone, I would be inclined to agree 8). We could pay for the Jags new stadium plans in short order just ticketing for this infraction.
