For those that don't know this is the block bound by Market, Monroe, Liberty, and Adams. Not often entire blocks come up for sale downtown.

The surface parking lot on this block is huge.

Lol my bankroll isn't quite there yet Lake! Nonetheless a great opportunity & another govt asset back to the free market. :)
