Very interesting. And timely with the Fort Mose celebrations currently underway.

The armies that fort saw... the men an women who passed through there over time... incredible...  8)

Interesting how detailed the cropped pictures are.  That was high resolution photography to rival today's best cameras  ;D.

Maybe an archaeologist/historian could identify those locations on St. George Street.  One would think some remnants would also remain given the alleged representations of the age of buildings along that street  8).
