As someone who has been guilting them into having a downtown presence for the last year, I'm excited to see this. They do a lot of work around the core and i think they should have a foot on the ground in the area. Last I heard, they weren't fully relocating though. This will be a satellite office. I think it looks great and is a big improvement over what's there.
