Wasn't this building going to be converted to a grocery a few years back? It looks like they are doing some work in there.

Yes. The grocery dream is dead with Fresh Market, Whole Foods and Daily's either operating or coming soon nearby.

I've always thought this was a cool looking building. I dig the murals on the windows too.
