QuoteMayor Donna Deegan, along with her transition committee co-chairs, announced the release of their final transition report Nov. 16.
The transition committees focused on infrastructure; health; economic development; public safety; arts, culture, and entertainment; constituency and community outreach; and military and veterans affairs.
After reviewing the challenges Jacksonville faces, and the opportunities available to address them, the committees identified policy solutions to enable all residents to have a good quality of life, the release said.
