It's Official.
Many Fleeing Jacksonville, including the " Best Side".... Westside.
It's a Process long underway..... now, even West Side long established resident just a bit South of the 103 Street Corridor, a Five Points Business Owner.... Yea.... Here ya go.... Birdies... Gone..... Vamos!

( Shifts happen.... Skip West Side....Focus on Five Points... Mike Shad still have property interest???

Cassatt Avenue police activity this afternoon.
A business owner, an acquaintance of mine, his business one of two police car presence lights flashing lights, people face down in handcuffs. The two scenes related.
I googled Cassat Avenue news , police activity ...... unbelievable long list of bad episodes.
