Mr White is 32 year veteran of the Public Defenders office. After serving as the Chief Assistant for 28 years, he was elected in his own right to suceed Lou Frost.
He is the current head of the Florida Public Defenders Association, and has the support of all three sherriffs as well as prominent members of both the local Republican and Democratic establishment.
Most of all, he has given his entire professional and considerable legal talent doing what is one of the most thankless jobs in the legal profession.
Mr White needs support this week and on November 4th. It is the third race on the ballot.
