Went riding this morning, made my way down Margaret to hit up the 7 Eleven and it was being gutted. Second location in less than 5 years to close in Riverside. What gives?

I'm surprised the one on Forsyth is still open. I guess they get the work business. Seems like without gas they struggle.

Went there once and it was filthy. And had at least two people (one inside the store) ask me for money.
