Anyone been to the Avenues lately? Popped my head in for the first time in maybe two years last weekend, and was really pleasantly surprised by how well it seems to be doing. Place was packed. Very little vacancy. Love a good indoor mall with all the classic indoor mall stores, glad to see she hasn't yet suffered the same fate as a lot of these other malls.

I haven't been recently but was wondering how that mall has been holding up with the loss of Sears. Most malls see the decline jump start following the loss of an anchor or two.
