This sounds like a similar concept to Gemma Fish & Oyster going into the new Publix and City Grille and Raw Bar going into the old Wine Cellar building.

It is.  The San Marco Oyster District is coming along nicely.  Florida Cracker Kitchen is also changing to more of a seafood based concept.
