FYI, I found this reference to what appears to be a family member working at Leibo's via Google:

I am guessing the business likely closed in 1993 based on this. Seems to me they may have relocated out of Downtown at some point in their history.
Is this 'ghost sign' the one with the rays in it that says 'Jacksonville Public Library' and looks like a watermark on stationery? That was actually the old logo (and possibly current one) of the big library downtown. Sorting thru files the other day and found my little keyring library card with that on it.
