Intending to serve as developer and equity partner, Atlanta-based Columbia Ventures has plans to bring a Class-A apartment over retail mixed-use infill development to Brooklyn. I did see that DDRB is making them get rid of the 6 random parking spots at Forest and Myrtle, which is good (they make no sense, and the garage cutout to get to them probably gets you 3 back).
Certainly better than the janky assortment of buildings on that block now.
Permits filed for this one - Lenox on Park is the name.

It's nice to see these types of projects come along in the downtown area. Just humming along! No need for press releases and news stories to go on for years.
