JWB buys the block bounded by Jefferson, Houston, Forsyth, and Broad Streets to hold for future development

^ Some of the downtown players are playing the game Monopoly buying up so many building and blocks :).  They will ultimately make a mint or lose a fortune.  A real roll of the dice with our City leadership.  But, then again, maybe not so much with all the City handouts and the taxpayers absorbing much of the risk.
