Really, really great stuff here.

Thanks for bringing some light to an area that I've been through many, many times but have never known much about and only experienced after Macomb Street was widened.

Very different approach from Biddleville in Charlotte!

One major challenge they do have is Frenchtown is stimulating retail back to life. Two major infill projects have been built with street level retail space included. However, it appears all of the storefronts are still empty in both. Both buildings front Macomb one block north of Tennessee Street. Looking at the AADT of Tennessee and Macomb, it would have been better off to try and jump start the retail at that intersection. There's a third project planned at Macomb and Tennessee now, so perhaps that will do the trick by being the missing anchor for the corridor.
