Hopefully they can do a nice reno on this space and get something in there that provides some synergy with Aardwolf. It would be nice if they had a nice loc restaurant move into the space.
Cool. Not sure if it has been mentioned on another thread but Mike Balanky sold the former ReddiArts locations on Hendricks Ave to Dav-Lin Interior Contractors, a renovation General Contractor.
Dav-Lin did the conversion of the old Morton's Steakhouse into the Faben OB-GYN space, which is pretty spectacular (among others).
The plans for restaurants at that location are no more.......
I saw that but the article was pretty vague about their plans for the site. Whatever they do should be an improvement along Kings Ave, the back side of Reddit Arts is really junky.
I was under the impression they will move into it.
You're right. I went back and reread the article and it said they were going to build a satellite office and then lease another portion.
