I came here to say this!! I'm surprised, but excited by the outcome! Hopefully more money will be available to be spread throughout the core.
I don't see how there will money available for other City needs, since (if I remember correctly) the money going to Lot J was going to be borrowed. I don't see the City borrowing that amount of money, even for long-standing infrastructure needs. Can the City give itself a "breadbox loan"?
