It'd be nice to see that building not just get fixed up but something done with the front.  I'm assuming they'll be adding windows on the 2nd floor in the front of the building.  Maybe not?

Sure would be nice if the original Klutho facade were able to be revealed and restored.

Hard to imagine much of this is left under that eyesore.

Hionides said the 9,500-square-foot building was developed in 1914 and designed by architect Henry John Klutho. He said architect Taylor Hardwick later redesigned the building and added the distinctive façade.

Figures. So Hardwick not only designed some of the most unattractive buildings in JAX, he even ruined some of the good ones already here.
