The Jaxson Magazine takes a look inside of a Rail Yard District warehouse that was once occupied by the Armour & Company. A century ago, Armour was a major American meat packer based out of Chicago.

Thanks Lake! I've been in this warehouse several times in the last year. It's pretty cool ,and IMO would be a good prospect for a live /work loft conversion. It does appear to have had a fire but also it appears to be rehabbed afterward.... 

I think 3 or 4 residential studios up plus open workspace downstairs ......  No real parking that I am aware of. The parcels on either side do not convey. JTA own the parcel on the left so perhaps a deal or purchase could be arranged. Adding that parcel would help a lot IMO.
