Here is something you don't see in Jacksonville every day. A local property owner is proposing to convert the ground floor parking stalls of an existing Downtown Southbank parking garage into space for retail and dining.

I like that a lot better than the build out to the sidewalk previously proposed.  Keeping those trees over the outdoor area will be really nice.

This looks awesome.  Hopefully it flies through the approval process.  That area is super dense with very few amenities.  It could really use this.

Whatever goes in here should do quite well. This is one of the few sites in DT Jax with a 24/7 captive audience.
