History repeating itself as that was the site of Appleby's Night Club for a long time (building was replaced with current structure). I recall it was mostly disco in those days 8).
Very excited for her move and expansion. I work just a few blocks away now and my boss is a big cigar smoker, so he's excited as well. Congrats to her and her business!
