Plans have been filed to to renovate Arlington's former Town & Country Shopping Center into a mixed use development called College Park. The redevelopment of the 67-year-old shopping center would include multifamily residential infill and a 17,733-square-foot shipping container food court. The shipping container food court being developed by JWB Real Estate Capital would be Jacksonville's first. The group doing the Arlington project is also doing the projects in the Old Federal Reserve building, the old Baptist Convention building in the Northbank. Hopefully they bring this concept to that area as well.

At the old Federal Reserve/Baptist building they planned a restaurant in the bottom of one of the buildings with outdoor space between Sweet Pete's and the Federal Reserve. There isn't actually a ton of room for a container in the property, other than in that same lot.
The developers in this section of downtown have been collaborating together. The Independent Life Building project next door to the old Federal Reserve/Baptist buildings, will include a ground floor food hall.
