Funny I just bought some Bananas from the farmer market Sat. Plan to make some banana bread this weekend and mango bread. I hadnt been to the farmer market since I was a kid, fruit and vegtables much better prices. They also have good sea food as well I didnt know that. :P

it turned out pretty good...from scatch...vanilla, flour, margarine, sugar, baking soda, eggs, pecans, 3 bananas...baked at 350 for one hour

i was thinking about trying the farmers market as well.

Colombian Wife Libia says to let those buggers get like way over-ripe for a sweeter bread. What we toss out as "rotten" is eaten all over the world as "Sweet" and gringo boy here found out they're RIGHT!
