Title: Motorcycle rickshaws
Post by: JeffreyS on July 25, 2020, 08:43:07 PM
Does anyone know anything about the new rickshaws running around between 5 points and the shops of Avondale?

Looking at the the tuk-tuks, there comes a quarter-billion-dollar question.

What's the difference between these and the U2C?

With the direction JTA is hellbent on taking, why not trash the whole thing and just pay these guys to run those routes? The U2C running in mixed traffic defeats any advantage of a fixed transit system anyway, and surely it couldn't cost that much to give these things permanent walls if you really needed to. So why bother?

This has me cracking up. Do you know what a monopoly is?
