Noticed today some interior work going on at the old Square One space?  Anyone know what's coming?

Sleiman is fixing the building up. Pretty much opposite of what happened with the Landing once it fell into the city's control. My guess is Square One will be occupied before the Landing site will.

Needed a lot of work as it hasn't been well kept.

My take for whoever is a future tenant is how to make this building more inviting from the outside to draw customers in. Just never had that vibe with the last few tenants.

Don't have the renderings on me at the moment, but Sleiman Enterprises is fixing some long-overdue maintenance on the building and restoring the exterior façade of the two adjoining spaces (Beau Outfitters and Starbucks).  A resto-mod addition of the balustrades on the two adjoining storefronts will be started on (likely) the week after next... in an attempt to reclaim the building's original appearance- which can be seen here:  https://i0.wp.com/jaxpsychogeo.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/towne-pump-9.jpg?ssl=1

Would love to see Sleiman Enterprises start a Historic Division which specialized in restoring older buildings. They certainly have the money...
