They highlight something that's really true and undermentioned IMO - in 1990 this remote work thing wouldn't have been nearly as practical. As many businesses have shut down now, there would be some multiplier factor on that number had this happened then.

I work at a university, and going all online for classes plus remote for staff wouldn't have been practical even a few years ago. I don't know what we would've done.
