525 W Beaver Street sold recently. I went through it for about an hour with the listing agent. Happily it was purchased by a young couple who plan on restoring it and (I believe) making it a multi family building.

It sold for $325,000.  It needed a lot of work.

Nice! I noticed it look like some roof repair work was being done a few weeks ago.
