Another outstanding feature.  What happened to Laura Kofi's home on the Eastside?  Is there a historical marker commemorating her?

No, there is no marker commemorating her or a host of other individuals from the neighborhood's rich historical past. However, someone painted Pan-African colors on the light pole in front of the house, likely as a form of commemoration.

Thanks Lake.  I've been reading up on how to get Florida historical markers commissioned and how to pay for them and it would seem her house would certainly merit one.  What is the address?
