Wow! Great news, unless your Regency and you want to work with Publix in San Marco?  I'll bet some green(s) this will be done before that Publix is.

Yeah i think it's pretty safe to assume a $2M project has a shorter construction timeline than a $60M project.  Good call.

Yes but Publix/Regency has a 14 year head start.
