If you aren't too far away, Georgetown is a quint and pretty and historic small town. Definitely worth a detour if you have the time.

Maybe our City leaders should visit their downtown.  It looks like it may have more going for it than our does  8).

Beaufort, between Savannah and Charleston, is another Low Country town that offers a good bit of history and lots of charm.

If nothing else, we could learn how to put in a way-finding system properly.
