A little traction but why the city hasn't RFP'd the building by now is beyond me..
If the city RFP's it, it will be to tear it down.
Should have been RFPed over a decade ago. The longer the city holds on to it, the more it falls into decay and the more unfeasible it will become to do something with it from a market rate perspective.

The church was designated a local landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic places individually in the early 2000s. I don't think a demolition is likely with this one.
