Title: Who is the most creative Vegetarian Chef In Jacksonville?

I thought I would start this thread to spark some creativity. this is not a popularity contest, just meant to be informative if people really want some variety and taste in Jax.

Id say Elaine from the Old Heart Works restaurant and gallery (now closed but shes still around cooking).

i would have to second heartwerks, many that had some tasty dishes with some pizzaz, i wouldnt mind hearing of some others has anybody been to the manatee cafe down in st.auggie, its supposed to be all veggie and what not. we were in asheville and went to a place called the laughing seed that was awesome. there is also a place in woodstock called the little bear that makes vegetarian fish and eel mmmmm!!!!
ok but back to jax lets here some more chefs folks!
