I've wanted to visit Chicago - and the Loop in particular - since I first saw Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Maybe one day...

We're actually going to Chicago and staying in the South Loop area over winter break. Parking at the hotel is $60/night, but we plan to use the L. Does anyone have any must-see attractions outside of the usual high profile tourist stuff?

^Chicago is a pretty fun city with a lot to do in several different neighborhoods. What are you in to?
