Crazy to see how much is going on down there.

The Southwest Corridor of the First Coast Flyer will also be completed in the next two years, connecting Brooklyn to the new Regional Transportation Center to the North, and Five Points, Park & King Street, FSCJ Kent Campus, and beyond to the South.

Millions are allocated for McCoys Creek restoration in next year's city budget.

And Morris is sitting on what's gotta be one of the most valuable pieces of privately owned real estate in the entire city.

I take it there's nothing new regarding the historic church at Dora and Spruce?   IIRC a few years ago a developer was looking remodel the building to turn it into a little brewery with a taproom.

Too bad FIS, being a Fortune 500 company didn't go all in and do a signature 20-30 floor tower and sublease the rest.

They probably have no interest in being landlords.
