is this another Trader Joe's in Murray Hill situation?
One of the current business owners on Main street mentioned it. No idea which particular building it could be.
Interesting. IMO the best location in Springfield would have been on the corner of Davis Street and 8th Street. 1818 Davis Street. Where the bizarre little store now stands vacant. It's visible from I 95, walking distance to UF Health, and the adjacent parcel (1824 Davis Street) is also for sale, CHEAP, which would have allowed for a nice drive through lane and adequate parking.
I think this location would have been incredibly profitable.
If it's on Main Street it better have a drive through, no? That's the Starbucks MO these days.
