Glad to see 1637 Main Street getting some love. I always thought it was a cool building.
I know the renderings always look better than the final product, but San marco promenade is really delivering on that. Looks pretty terrible IMO.

They still have a way to go and I think there are supposed to be buildings in front of the taller apartments. Just wait for all the tenants with their Audi R8s move in.

They may have just moved indoors, but activity seems to have slowed down on the Barnett. I've been waiting for the construction of the garage to begin. Seems like it should be any day now based on move ins from Vystar and Barnett residents.
Part of me wonders if the delays on the rest of the Trio (including the garage) are potentially related to the planning of the old JEA tower development Atkins had in the works?
I'd just like to see the trio and Hyatt Place get started before the economy gets worse. I don't expect much of what's proposed to get built, but these are my main guys I'm rooting for.

The Sweet Spot & Urban Lounge (a family friendly cafe) signed a lease for 157 East 8th Street, suite 118, and will take about 3 months of build out. Plans to officially open after Jan 1, 2020.

Not sure how long it's been up, but the city added a nice little outdoor seating area in front of Happy Grilled Cheese and Vagabond.
Lit trees, white picket fence surrounding it, a sign that says "Patio on Hogan," and maybe 8-10 small tables.
Would grab a pic if not for the torrential downpour.
Such a simple thing that couldn't have cost much, but really adds a lot to the corner.

Nice, sounds similar to the little seating area in front of The Brick Coffee House on Adams St.
Happy to hear there's more outdoor seating downtown, that helps the image of vibrancy and I would presume promotes more street-level activity. Plus, it's gonna be a lot nicer to sit outside in the coming cool months.
