Somehow I had it in my head that the Armory had been converted to apartments? Am I thinking of a different building?
It would make a good candidate for that.
At least three of those 10 are better than 80% to be demolished within a year or so (4,6,7). 1 is a goner, its just a matter of when. 10 is 55% chance of demolition once it is vacant.

The Armory was the venue for concerts for quite awhile. Seems like I remember Janis Joplin, Allman Bros., and others performing there.
