Once more, thanks for providing examples of what is possible.  As is noted in the article, a simple structure of steel plant, glass and concrete is not the determinative factor. This adaptive reuse illustrates redevelopment in action. As a minor sidelight, some interesting Jacksonville connections noted in the article, too - Trio, Barnett. Thanks.
