Looking at the entire article, it feels like there is more momentum in the urban core than at any point I can remember. Of course, when one looks at a map, the impact is still somewhat distilled as some of those large projects aren't as close to other stuff as you'd like, and there is stuff that broke ground years ago and stuff that will take years to complete all shared in one article. But yeah, still, it feels like something is happening.

How are the beach buggies doing in San Marco and will they be able to operate on the multi-use path of the new fuller warren?
