Title: Atlanta Developer shares big plans for former Union Terminal Warehouse Building

Hmm....

I mean at worst it sits underutilized like it is now. At best, it could be pretty awesome.

Columbia Ventures managing partner Dillon Baynes said Wednesday the adaptive reuse includes commercial, retail and residential elements as well as opportunities for dining and entertainment.

Baynes said he will spend the first few months of 2019 determining what structural repairs and maintenance are needed at the site.

I was part of a crew that filmed some scenes for a movie there. Lets just say there were some interesting people coming in and out of that building. It's a really neat spot. So best of luck to them.
