Can the administrators set-up a Trout River child board? In my mind Trout River includes both sides of the river and the neighborhoods on Ribault River and Moncrief Creek. Panama Park to 295. (https://troutriverjax.files.wordpress.com/2018/09/the-hood.jpg)
I think that area would fall under the Northside board in The Burbs section.
