It's a nice building and hopefully they can renovate those into lofts with ground level retail or restaurant.

$23 a square foot. They should be able to make it work at that price....

Where do you find these drawings? Are they archived somewhere online or at the main library?

They're archived in the MJ and MC photo galleries. That's where I've tossed random scans and images over the years that I've come across while doing research for the various articles and books.

I believe this specific image came from files stored for this particular building at COJ's Historic Preservation Office.
