I noticed recent sitework on the empty waterfront lot next to the River Road condos. Anyone know if someone is planning g toy build there?
Not that I know of....yet.
You're talking about next to 1616 River Road? I think that project was originally supposed to have a phase 2, but I don't know what is planned now.

Yeah, between that and the apartment complex to the south. This house (https://goo.gl/maps/ChHrovUE7e12c) was on the site an recently demolished.
Walked by again today and there is now a portable potty and dumpster on the site with a big boom lift out on the street.
I also noticed the old 50s/60s block motel style apartments across the street have been vacated and completely gutted to the point there has been a temporary power pole installed. So those are either getting a major rehab or being demoed and replaced.
