Interesting that they decided to remove a unit in favor of a passthrough walkway. Very pro-pedestrian decision.
Is the change noted by marcusnelson the only change? Some discussion of the changes would be helpful.
They are noted in the linked presentation. They also modified a part of the proposed parking lot behind the building.
The street level projects fill up 100% but DDRB has to approve a suburban Gate and suburban Hotel because otherwise nothing else would be interested?????

They seem pretty subtle - look at the "approved" plans vs. "proposed" plans. Aside from the passthrough, the parking is adjusted slightly to add some on-street parking which looks to have a very slight increase in the number of spaces.
